China&\x27;s securities regulator reportedly used "window guidance" to ask brokers to suspend IPOs and large shareholder stock sales until the market recovers. The intervention followed an 8.5% fall in the CSI 300 in October, its worst monthly performance in more than a decade, leaving the index down about 14% year to date.
