Anthropic&\x27;s revised S-1 filing shows personnel costs of $1.7 billion in July–September 2026 for 5,300 employees, including $1.1 billion in stock-based compensation, according to Business Insider. That works out to roughly $322,000 per employee for the quarter, or more than $100,000 a month, ahead of an IPO the report says is expected this month.
